Mysterious black van closes Richmond streets
Earlier this afternoon sections of Main Street, Franklin Street, and Cary Street in the Fan were blocked off by city police. A black van operated by the Carey company, a global-wide chauffeur service, meandered through the blocked off passages. A 44- year old Richmond man, police say harbored drug dealers in his upscale Fan home, plead guilty to drug charges in Richmond Federal Court on Friday.
